From the stimulation of ideas to the conception of defined projects, more or less complex, individually or in partnership owned, through a methodological path named PCM – Project Cycle Management, an international standard for the design of projects involving the contribution of public and private resources, national and international, for scientific research, technological development, competitive strengthening of enterprises and abiding management of the territory.
